Renovation on deck involving rehab and replacement of deck boards, new railing system and constructed a new awning and tied it into the roof.

Old tile floor was laid incorrectly and tiles had begun to crack and break. Removed old flooring. Fixed subfloor. Laid new underlayment. Installed new flooring.

New construction: When this house was built they did not add stairs coming off the deck. Homeowner requested stairs to be built to match the original design of the deck.

Pipe burst in the bathroom causing drywall damage. Repaired drywall and installed new flooring.
